Not sure if you want to engage in therapy? Not sure if you are a good fit for therapy? Your family told you that you should be able work it out on your own? Have questions? Not sure if I'm legit? Schedule a 15 minute consultation to get you questions answered. ****Attention **** You must live in Arizona where I am licensed, in order to be eligible for therapy. Please do not schedule if you do not live in Arizona.

Cancellation Policy

Therapy sessions-Since space is help exclusively for you, you will be charged $100 for missed Therapy appointments unless you cancel 48 hours in advance Mindful yoga sessions- $35 charge will be assessed unless you cancel 48 hours in advance.
